Lane Barden has over twenty years experience in both professional and academic practice. His clients include A.C. Martin, Harley Ellis Devereaux, Nadel architects, Armet Davis Newlove, DAR al Handassah, Audi Bank, Solidere sal, Atelier Jean Nouvel, Wolcott Architecture Interiors, and ROTO Architects. His work has been published nationally and internationally.
He has been a guest speaker at the Annenberg Space for Photography in Los Angeles, the Cal Poly Pomona School of Design, and the Harvard Graduate School of Design.
Lane Barden holds an M.A. and M.F.A. in photography from the University of New Mexico. He has taught extensively at Southern California Institute of Architecture (SCI-Arc) and the Art Center College of Design. His work is in the collections of the Getty Research Institute at the Getty Center, the Los Angeles Museum of Contemporary Art, and the Houston Museum of Fine Arts.
